What the market says

"Capitulation volume marks the bottom."

The pattern, as the memory screens it: s.dist_52w_high <= -20 AND s.vol_vs_252d_med >= 5 AND s.intraday_pct <= -5, liquid names ($50M traded on the anchor day, above $5), 2019 to the latest close. What the charts did
